By accessing pl1947 or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the pl1947 platform.

These terms apply to all use of pl1947 — including the website, the mobile app available via the Download page, and any features or services accessed through your registered account. Using the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and maintain an account on pl1947, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Providing false details — including name, date of birth, or contact information — is a breach of these terms.
• You must not be a person previously excluded or self-excluded from pl1947.
• You may hold only one account on pl1947. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances reviewed.

pl1947 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may have withdrawals held pending document review.

Your pl1947 account is for your personal use only. Sharing access with another person, operating an account on behalf of someone else, or allowing a third party to fund or use your account is not permitted.

• Keep your password and login details secure. Do not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including any bets placed, games played, or withdrawals initiated.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately. pl1947 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to maintain credential security.
• Account balances are non-transferable between players.

• pl1947 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. This is a standard account protection measure and not an indication of any issue with your account.
• Only real-money balances (funds deposited by you, minus any applicable bonus wagering obligations) are withdrawable. Bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer. Exact timelines are shown at the time of request.
• pl1947 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds before releasing funds.

pl1947 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Bonus funds are generally used after real-money funds unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued at pl1947's discretion. pl1947 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• A maximum of one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion applies per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating between players to exploit promotional terms — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus balances.
• Specific bonus terms for each promotion are published alongside the offer. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

All sports bets placed on pl1947 — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Placed bets cannot be amended, cancelled or voided by the player after confirmation, except where pl1947's cash-out feature is available and the player uses it within the permitted window.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Live odds change in real time; the odds at the moment you confirm the bet are binding.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market, which are published in the betting section.
• pl1947 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error, or where there is clear evidence that a market was compromised.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and are shown at the time of bet placement. pl1947 may also apply individual stake limits to specific accounts.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance in PKR promptly after the event result is confirmed.

The pl1947 casino includes live casino tables, slots, bingo rooms and fish games. All games are provided by third-party game suppliers and operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer formats, as applicable.

• Game RTPs (return to player percentages) are published in the game information section of each game in the lobby.
• All game outcomes are determined independently of pl1947. The platform does not influence the outcome of any casino game, slot spin, bingo draw or fish game multiplier.
• In the event of a game disconnection or technical fault mid-round, the outcome will be determined by the game supplier's disconnection policy, which is specific to each game.

pl1947 is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or unintended game behaviour to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid and will be voided.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud or identity impersonation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with any part of the pl1947 platform or its underlying technology.
• Chip dumping or collusion in live casino games.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, pl1947 may immediately suspend the account, void associated bets or game rounds, forfeit balances where fraud is confirmed, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where required.

• pl1947 is not liable for losses arising from a player's decision to bet or play, including losses resulting from unfavourable sports outcomes or casino game results.
• Where a game or bet is affected by a genuine technical fault on pl1947's side, the matter will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the relevant game or betting rules.
• pl1947 is not responsible for any third-party costs incurred by the player, including data charges, payment transaction fees charged by JazzCash, Easypaisa or other providers.
